The annual Pratt Fine Arts Center Gala and Auction is approaching! Held on Saturday April 25, the event features the work of emerging and established, local, national and international artists. On Friday April 24, there will be a free guided gallery tour and exhibition led by Michael Monroe (Director Emeritus of the Bellevue Arts Museum) between 6 and 9 PM. Both the auction and the free guided tour are a great opportunity to experience all that Pratt has to offer—as well as support the Seattle arts community.
The theme of this year’s party is Studio 54. The well-established event is in its thirty-third year, but this year is especially important. The Klorfine Foundation has offered a $300,000 matching challenge, that triples if the goal is met. The Pratt Fine Arts Center states:
Every dollar raised up to $299,999 during the Raise the Paddle portion of the Live Auction will be matched. If we reach $300,000 in Raise the Paddle gifts, the Klorfine Foundation will generously donate $1M to Pratt! We need your help to reach our goal.
